title: Consent and spending caps
description: Understand the wallet, permissions, and cap selected during OAuth consent.
---

After Zorveus validates the authorization request, the user signs in and reviews the consent screen. The user then:

1. Selects an organization they are allowed to spend from.
2. Reviews the requested scopes and model access.
3. Chooses a limited cap that satisfies the app policy, or chooses unlimited when the app allows it.
4. Approves or denies the request.

The app registration, not authorization URL query parameters, defines `default_cap_amount`, `minimum_cap_amount`, `maximum_cap_amount`, `allow_unlimited_cap`, currency, and period. Periods can be `daily`, `monthly`, or `lifetime`.

An app-connection cap covers aggregate spend through the connection. It is not a separate cap for every product user. Product-user caps and credit grants are configured independently.

Users can later change or revoke their connection from the dashboard. A revoked token fails authentication on subsequent inference calls.
