Inspect the transaction audit feed and ledger entries in the Zorveus dashboard.

The Zorveus ledger provides an immutable, transparent audit trail of every financial transaction in your organization.

You can inspect all ledger activity in the Zorveus Dashboard under Billing & Wallets -> Ledger.

Viewing the ledger in the dashboard

The ledger view displays a chronological transaction log with filters for date range, transaction type, and application.

For each entry, the dashboard shows:

  • Timestamp: Exact UTC date and time the transaction finalized.
  • Entry type: The category of financial movement (such as a top-up or inference settlement).
  • Amount: The debit or credit amount.
  • Resulting balance: Your available and reserved balance following the entry.
  • Reference ID: The associated request identifier (zreq_...), invoice ID, or reservation ID (resv_...).

You can export the filtered ledger to CSV at any time for accounting reconciliation.

Wallet transaction types

Wallet ledger entries explain every change to your prepaid cash balance:

Product-user credit history

Virtual credits granted to end users have their own audit trail separate from organization cash balances.

To view an individual customer's credit history:

  1. In the Zorveus Dashboard, go to Product Users.
  2. Select a customer and click Credit history.
  3. Inspect active grants, expired balances, and deductions applied against completed requests.

Credit ledger entries track grant creation, reservation holds, completed usage deductions, and expirations.
